All kinds of steel pipe scaffolds erected for grid construction must prepare special safety construction organization design and carry out special design calculations. The relevant provisions of Chapter 7 of this regulation shall be observed during operation.

  Set up a mobile scaffold operating platform, the scaffold pole should be welded to the channel steel, and the vertical and horizontal sweeping poles must be installed at a distance of 200mm from the channel steel surface. Scaffolding chute and rest platform, surrounding protection of working layer and laying of scaffold board, etc. shall comply with the relevant regulations in Chapter 7 of this Regulation.

The mobile scaffold must comply with the regulations of special safety construction organization design when towing.

   Every time the scaffold is towed, a special person should be instructed and observed. After trial towing for 1~2m, check the deformation of the scaffold and confirm that there is no deformation of the first-class constructor. After dragging and positioning, the scaffold should be fully inspected for its deformation and idling, and it can be used after confirming that there is no deformation.

   Grid steel bolt balls, rods and other structural parts shall be hoisted to the scaffolding platform in batches. It is not allowed to be stacked in large quantities on the shelf platform at a time, and should be installed and lifted along with it.

   The number of operators on the scaffolding platform should be minimized, and many people should not be concentrated in one span of the scaffold during operation.

   Operators who install steel bolt balls and rods on the grid body should use safety belts. The safety belts should be hung on a firm structure. The installers must be equipped with tool bags and tool hooks.

   When the grid is positioned, dragged or jacked into operation, all equipment should be firmly fixed, the operating position should be set with a firm work platform, and walking handrails or protective railings should be set. When towing or jacking in, no one should stay on the grid.
